Functional Range Conditioning®
Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) is a system of mobility and flexibility training designed to improve joint health, mobility, and resilience. It was created by Dr. Andreo Spina, a chiropractor and sports specialist, and is based on scientific principles of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics.

FRC involves a combination of passive, active, and isometric exercises, as well as joint articulations and controlled movements, that aim to increase range of motion, strength, and control of the body's joints. The system focuses on developing the capacity to control one's body in a variety of ranges of motion, rather than simply achieving more flexibility.
FRC is often used by athletes and health practitioners to prevent injury, improve performance, and maintain joint health. At Rehab ARK, both Dr. Sherman and Dr. Kitty hold certifications as FRC® mobility specialists (FRCms) and they integrate the principles and techniques of FRC into their treatments. This is possible because FRC can be effectively applied to any joint within the body, making it a comprehensive training system to improve joint health.
